Looking for a unique country community
with beautiful treed lots, open space, nearby hiking trails, golf,
skiing, snowmobiling and close to Barrie and Orillia, then Sugar
Bush is for you!
For the past 30
years, Sugar Bush has become home to over 300 young families,
professionals and retiree's who
are attracted to the natural beauty and unique design of
this planned community. Modco Homes has built a solid reputation
meeting the needs of these new home buyers.
All homes are situated on approximately half

streetlights and municipal water.
The community has been designed with over 130
acres of parkland situated within its boundaries to give it
unique
spatial qualities not found in ordinary subdivisions. In addition
there is a further 150 acres of Simcoe County forest adjoining
the boundaries of the Sugar Bush community.
“Our final phase, Phase IV, Sugar
Bush Ridge is near completion. We are down to our last
10 homes, many with spectacular views. Click on the Sugar
Bush Ridge Phase
IV icon for more information.”
Sugar Bush is a great place to live. Because
of our central location, we are close to all the amenities of
Horseshoe Valley, Orillia, Midland/ Penetangueshine and Collingwood.
These places all have fine dining, great shopping and all the
services of a big city in a small town setting. As well, they
provide a myriad of business opportunities for people wanting
to work or locate their businesses here. (Please see our links
to these communities and others.)
