BATHROOMS AND LAUNDRY

 

Ø   Ceramic Tile Floor (from builder’s samples)

Ø   Powder room with pedestal sink (as per floor plan)

Ø   En-suites and main bathrooms come with factory made vanities (as per builder’s samples)

Ø   Plate mirrors in all bathrooms

Ø   Exhaust fans in all bathrooms vented to exterior

Ø   Single handle faucets in all bathrooms

Ø   Scald proof pressure balance taps in bathroom showers

Ø   All toilets with lined tanks

Ø   Main bath has one piece tub enclosure with ceramics to ceiling (as per model) (comes with curtain rod)

Ø   “Soaker” tubs in en-suite to be five foot corner unit or five foot straight unit (as per model) and come with matching skirt and ceramic tile (as per builder)

Ø   En-suite may come with either pre-formed corner shower stall (comes with door) (as per model) or four foot pre-formed shower stall with curtain rod (as per model). (Shower doors are an optional feature for four foot)

Ø   Main floor laundry room (where applicable) with ceramic floors

Ø   Single laundry tub (where applicable)

Ø   Hot and cold water connection for laundry
